Print FAQs

I am a one-person shop. When I receive your order, I will send the files to the printer, pick them up, pack and ship them myself. Please allow up to two weeks for you order to be shipped. I will notify you if there are any delays. Prices INCLUDE shipping. 

How can I contact you if I have questions about my order? 

Please send me a message (via Instagram or at natalieecrum@gmail.com) and I can answer your questions. 

What if I need my prints sooner?

If you need prints in a rush, please send me a message before you place your order and I can work with you on your timeline. 

What if I want something printed that’s not on your storefront?

I am willing to add photos to the print list. If you have a print in mind that isn’t currently on my storefront, send me a message and I can get it added for you. 

Can I get different size prints? 

Yes! I currently print in standard sizes of 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, and 12x18. If you want a different size, send me a message and I can work with you. With my current printer, I can pretty easily accommodate most sizes up to 12x36.
